Refund policy

Effective Date: July 21, 2026

At Coach By Faith, every order is created with purpose and excellence. Because many of our products are made-to-order or customized, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on non-customized items within 14 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

Item is unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Original tags (if applicable) are still attached.
Item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item
A brief description of the issue

After review, we will gladly provide one of the following:

A replacement item
A corrected order
A full or partial refund (if applicable)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Custom apparel
Personalized products
Clearance or sale items
Gift cards
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return has been inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Coach By Faith is not responsible for packages delayed or lost by the shipping carrier after they have been shipped. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
